The Power of Prayer
Acts 16:25

We still have an almighty God! During this time of crisis, let the Christian church remember that people are always observing God's people. During the time of trouble and crisis, the world watches and listens to the believers. Acts 16:25 says at midnight Paul and Silas prayed. Greater Concord Missionary Baptist Church, it's midnight in our world and serious prayer is needed and most appropriate. This is not a time for criticism but time for prayer. Philippi learned that there is a power greater than the power of the government. God can change things in a hurry if He so desires. Prayer caused the prison to rock. There is power in prayer!

The universal church must pray for this silent killer. God still has power over disease. I don't hear anybody talking to God about the Corona Virus. He's still able! He healed ten lepers. Church, we must go down in prayer to God. He spoke and worlds came into existence. He spoke and the seas went back to their rightful places. He can speak again according to II Chronicles 7:14 "If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land."

Greater Concord, we must pray.
